[Qgis-developer] Autotrace plugin

I managed to replicate the problem by having the projection OTF on. It works
fine with no OTF. 

Seems the plugin does not support it yet.

Moreover, the link for code repo in the plugin page:
seems wrong, and the one for the bugtracker is missing.
