[Qgis-developer] Requirements for QGIS desktop

Hello colleagues,

Last week the free GIS conference held in Girona has been much talk QGIS ...

On the other hand, some costumers want to do course about QGIS and they ask
me the requirements for the
computers
in class
to see if they need to replace or extend some computers.

I searched the web for www.qgis.org and I have not found a specification of
minimum
requirements that support QGIS.

 something like this:
- CPU: i3 or similar (i5 or i7 desirable), 2 cores or more
- RAM: 2GB (8 Gb desirable)
- Graphics: dedicated, 128 MB (256 MB desirable)
- Hard disk: 1 GB available
- OS
:
W7 (SP1), Linux, MacOS X.
