[Qgis-developer] Report bug/feature on homepage

Hi all,

After talking to some users one concern they raised was it was a bit tricky
to get find how to report a bug or feature.  I was thinking it might be a
good idea to have a report bug/feature on the homepage. It would fit quite
nice between the Download and Support

I am aware that you can just click Get Involved, and scroll to the bottom
but it still feels a bit hidden.

Does anyone else feel that same way?
