[Qgis-developer] Licence of proprietary web services

Hi all.
I just approved
http://plugins.qgis.org/plugins/qgisWebConnector/
Quite handy, but I wonder:
* whether this could violate one of the licences of the services used
* in case it does, what would be our responsibility.
This applies to other plugins as well, most notably to
http://plugins.qgis.org/plugins/TileMapScaleLevels/
which is unpublished because of this.
Any advice welcome.
