[Qgis-developer] Qt5 support and packages

hmm - ah ok - debian testing ..
well .. that should become stable somewhere soon (but looking at the 
arguing about systemd I am not so sure about this)
funny that I don't have that specific package available in my install 
here ..
But well, this is LMDE .. probably thats a special case ..
