Thanks for your answer.

Actually, I wonder if my refresh problem is not only on QGIS 2.2. I 
believe I had not reproduce this behaviour on QGIS 2.4 and 2.6. And I 
didn't know about the bug.
I have these two points to analyse.

The multithread rendering was available in QGIS 2.2 ??

I'm going to work on the two previous points.
