[Qgis-developer] fix for 'Rotate Feature(s)' strange tool preview behaviour

after creating the issue: http://hub.qgis.org/issues/11504 :-)

Can somebody with some insight into the Digitizing/Rotation tools
(Denis?) have a look into this.
