[Qgis-developer] Which plugin versions should be in the repo?

Generally speaking it's up to you, I would suggest to delete experimental
versions after a while unless they target different QGIS minimum versions.
Leaving a faulty version in the repo is not useful for anybody, deletion is
the way to go.
