[Qgis-developer] min GDAL dependencies for use with QGIS

Hi All, I have a custom build of GDAL with some features that require a
minimum of MS Visual Studio 2013 on Windows and GCC 4.9+ on Linux that I
would like to swap into QGIS. In order for QGIS to nominally function it
seems that it needs more than the base GDAL. Anyone aware of a deploy of
QGIS on windows where the GDAL is built against at least VS2013? If
not...Any ideas of the minimal set of plugins that need to be build into
GDAL in order for it to work with QGIS 2.10+? 1.11.x or 2.x?Cheers,Jerry
