[Qgis-developer] QGIS deb uninstallable?

Hi all.
Currently, using only qgis repos, gis-plugin-grass is not installable
for 2.8.5, and 2.13 is also not installable because of an older version
of liblwgeom (2.1.8). Anything we can do?
