[Qgis-developer] WFS server ignoring on-the-fly reprojection

Hi Ivan,
I agree that it would be expected behavior that the WFS layers are
delivered in the CRS of the project. Seems logical to me.
However, for performance reasons, OTF reprojection should not be
recommended to new users - esp. in QGIS server context.
