[Qgis-developer] QGIS in Macedonian

Hi devs and PSC,

I just got this mail from our macedonian translator.
If anyone wants to step into macedonia this would be the right time to
make the officials there aware of the existence of QGIS.

Probably any of the supporting companies will step in here an make an
offer to macedonia?

 Hello

 I am writing you, this time for something that is not connected with
translation but somehow it may be  connected with  QGIS.
 Here in Macedonia, I am working as a surveyor in private company but, i
have contacts in the Agency for real estate cadastre and i heard that
Agency is searching for new GIS software. They already have one small
software but it's terrible, and it bring them a lot of problems and
because of that they are now searching for new GIS software which will
be used as official not just of that agency but of all contributors
whose are working with agency on some way including the big number of
geodetic companies.
The number of people who will use it, is nearly 4000 for now.
It can be opportunity to increase popularity of Qgis in the Balkan also
because, soon cadastre agencies of few countries are starting new
project together and may be it will  Impose to the people who will work
on that project.
 However, there is a lot of things connected with this, but i don't know
if  it's interesting for you as organisation.
 If it is somehow interesting for you, please notify me and i will write
you more informations and some small conditions that should be met.
 Also, if there is someone who is appointed for this area , i would
contact him and tell everything about this.
