[Qgis-developer] dbManager: Store queries in QGIS profile?

Hi !

Technically it's easy to store the queries globally (I did the
implementation of the store queries feature some time ago, and guess it is
around 1 hour work)

But I think we have to leave the possibility to store them in the project
file as well, as some queries are really project-specific (actually all of
them in my use cases).
Probably the best would be to allow both. There would be two store buttons,
and the two categories could be listed in the same drop down box with a
line separator.
