[Qgis-developer] Map rotation support in composer (was: Rotation status and PSC meeting)

For the record, a PR for composer rotation support is being
worked on here: https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/pull/1882

It includes Martin patch and further fixes for the displacement
bug. Tests are welcome.
