[Qgis-developer] error in compiling (QWTPOLAR_INCLUDE_DIR)

Hi,

I compiled 2.8 last Sunday, on Xubuntu 12.04, and I came across the same
problem.

I solved with this tip.

> on Ubuntu you will probably have to set them both to TRUE
