[Qgis-developer] new "lock layer styles for map item" button in print composer

Hi Matteo

I hae just realized that it was possible to lock layer styles even if
layers are not locked (the checkbox above). I have just pushed a small fix
for that. Anyway, if you make sure that "lock layers for map item" is
checked before locking layer styles, it should work.
