[Qgis-developer] Plugin names: remove `plugn`?

Hi all,
some plugin have either a name of the type `Something plugin` or a
folder name something_plugin, or both. Although it does not hurt, I
think this is pleonastic, it is inconsistent and thus it may be slightly
confusing, and it would seem me better to avoid using `plugin` in both
contexts.
If there is no objections, I'm going to suggest this to plugin authors,
and add a note on http://plugins.qgis.org/
