[Qgis-developer] Prepare qgis installer from qgis master

I, try to create qgis installer from qgis master which I have downloaded from
Github.

I am following the install instruction which are available there in qgis
install. I want to do it on window 7.

I have downloaded following softwares:-
OSGeo4W
CMAke 3.0.8
cygwin (bison, flex,git)
Visual Studio 2010 Express C++
SDK for window 7
github
inno setup
nsis-3.0b1-setup

Now everything is installed.

As I m new to everything. I dont know how to follow the path to create and
qgis installer.

First i run cmake-gui. but it gives error that your project file is invalid.
And I stuck there only.

Do you have any step by step procedure to create installer for me (dummy). I
had read your articles and lot more, hope you could help me out.

Please please do the needful. LEt me know the exact procedure to create the
qgis installer.

I am following the path given in
https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/blob/master/INSTALL
but unable to reach my goal..

Hope somebody will help me out.
