[Qgis-developer] Qgis 91e44ea crash browsing GRASS 7 vector

Hi Roy,

this is known issue I haven't been able to fix so far. It has
something to do with getting list of vector layers in thread. It seems
to only happen with GRASS 7 on windows when Vect_cidx_get_* functions
are used in thread (browser items are populated in threads). I have
already double checked the code including relevant parts of GRASS
vector lib without success.
