[Qgis-developer] Legend filter not working in composer if map layer are locked using a preset

Hi,

Can someone confirm that Legend filter (composer) is not working if you use
presets to lock the layers in composer. It simply filters all layers, like
if no features are represented on the map.

The same does not seem to happen if one simply lock the layers from current
map canvas state.

This is happening in master 492c6d9
