Hi Victor/Matteo,

there is no /2.8/en/docs yet....

so latest stable/translated version is 2.6

I added a redirect, so now

http://docs.qgis.org/2.8/en/docs/user_manual/processing_algs/qgis/vector_general_tools/reprojectlayer.html

will bring you to

http://docs.qgis.org/2.6/en/docs/user_manual/processing_algs/qgis/vector_general_tools/reprojectlayer.html

which is at least translated...

we can also link to testing/dev version...
