[Qgis-developer] Spinbox in offset curve tool - what's it for?

We made an ifdef because it did not work on Linux. But that was the 
story with the background buffering and it probably works now on Linux 
too. So you might just remove the ifdef (if you think that the following 
spinbox is better).
