I don't think blocker has much meaning in this context. They aren't
new issues which don't exist in 2.8.1, and if no-one is actively
working on fixing them then they can wait to >= 2.8.3.

In the meantime we've got a stackload of nice bug fixes waiting in 2.8
branch for a release...
