Could you transfer the ownership of the LandXml plugin http://plugins.qgis.org/plugins/LandXml/ from jpalmer to ccrook please.

This list generally works. If you have permission from the existing
author just forward that. If you're adopting an abandoned one state
that. Also mention your id.

I suppose Richard Duivenvoorde is officially in charge of the web
presence but all the admins read this list.
