[Qgis-developer] Plugin migratin -> mailing list?

let us speak frankly.
I think that the intentions (or temptations) of lists of plugin developers
and the time dedicated to each development can also serve to assess the
total value of the resources that are used in QuantumGIS.
If I'm wrong, correct me.
