[Qgis-developer] Plugin: initGui not called on QGIS startup?

Hi Matthias,

A very good question.

No, I had not.  I had just copied the module directory into my plugins directory.  Now that it is activated, the initGui and unload methods are begin called on QGIS start up and close down.

Sorry for a probably a stupid question, but did you activate the plugin in the plugin manager?
