Ok, let me try the PR.

As for the directive, yes, I'm using an empty build directory with the
following cmake command: cmake -DENABLE_QT5=TRUE -DWITH_BINDINGS=FALSE
-DWITH_INTERNAL_QWTPOLAR=FALSE
