Hi, I'm new in the Qgis Development's world, 
What is the best way to develop Qgis in Windows Enviroment (Programs, IDEs., Dependencies) ?
And what do you suggest me, develop in C++ or in Python? 
Where can i get documentation about how to prepare development enviroment in Windows?
