Hi,

I was always annoyed about that.
I also don't like people announcing the QGIS release on Twitter when in
fact it isn't ready for the average user. Also - visual changelog not
finished, etc.
It would be good to only announce the QGIS release when it is really
available. Otherwise we are false raising expectations.
