Fixed in fae0654.

The underlying problem is more serious, some GRASS data are accessed
through GRASS modules and GRASS modules can only be run in a mapset
owned by current user so that is is not possible to get data from a
location where the user does not own any mapset. I'll ask in GRASS
list.
