[Qgis-developer] qgis-dev from osgeo4w is not a nightly build

That's right.   There have been issues with Windows build - mainly GRASS
updates, but over the weekend also missing dependencies that were newly
introduced.

I added 

* QCA (in 64bit including a patch working around a crash on exit),
* GEOS 3.5.0 (including a patch introducing an C-API to the precision model;
  OSGeo4W's GEOS doesn't include the C++ API) and
* GDAL 1.11.3

to OSGeo4W and now it carries QGIS fefd85a in both 32 and 64 bit.

The weekly snapshot is just a standalone installer of the (qgis-dev) state of
osgeo4w at that point.
