[Qgis-developer] Installation on Win10: msys missing? Then Processing deadly slow

The Processing being slow may be issue #14517 [1].  Some algorithms are executed with dummy values by the search and try to write empty "0" and "1" files into the folder QGIS is run from. Windows 10 users may not have write permissions on that folder (I guess QGIS is run from C:\wherever\bin?) , resulting in many tries before giving up. Setting write permissions to the folder, or running QGIS from another folder resolves the issue. (The issue is already fixed in master).
