[Qgis-developer] How do I change QGIS Browser locale?

Hi,
How can I change the language used by QGIS Browser application?
In QGIS Desktop, I set the locale to use language other than the system's.
It works well but not for the QGIS Browser. I thought this change applied
to both application. So, is there a special place to configure Browser
language?
