[Qgis-developer] Cannot add new feature in attribute table / form

Hi

I cannot add any new feature with the "Add feature" button in attribute
table or form view. The form for a new feature opens but the OK button is
always greyed out. I can add new features when starting with digitizing the
feature.

Happens with Shapefiles and PostGIS layers. Ubuntu 16.04 and QGIS master.

Can anyone confirm?
