[Qgis-developer] QGIS 2.16.1 Crash when clicking the X in the upper right hand corner

Does QGIS 2.16.1 crash for you when you click the X in the right hand
corner. It does it every time for me. I am using the Network Installer on
Windows 7. I get the message.
