[Qgis-developer] Pyqgis - QgsComposerLabel issues with Html rendering (state = 2) in QGIS 2.16

Hello,

I can confirm this. I am also using composer scripts, which crash on 
Ubuntu Xenial with 2.16.1 from the official qgis.org repositories.

Something seems up with Python tools using HTML rendering, maybe this is 
linked to this bug?

For now I'll be staying staying on 2.14, but I'm happy to provide more 
debugging information.
