[Qgis-developer] Custom output folder for Processing overlooked

The custom folder is not for temp files

it is for files without a full path, so if you enter "myfile.shp", it
will put it in [custom_folder]/myfile.shp

that way you dont have to write the full path in case you want all
your final (not temp) outputs in the same folder

It is described in the manual :-P
