[Qgis-developer] Status of master - are we unfrozen?

I'm in favour of a different folder too, makes it also easier to test
python plugins in parallel...
I would go for .qgis3 :-)
But no strong feelings about it, it's just I'm a little conservative and
gong from .qgis to .qgis2 to.... qgis-master seems unnatural ;-)
