[Qgis-developer] Travis OSX Tests

Just a small note:

Travis tests for OSX are re-enabled with new dependencies.

Thanks a lot Larry for maintaining the homebrew side of things. It is
really highly appreciated and a job (like all packaging) that often
doesn't get noticed.

I had to disable some tests:

 * PyQgsOfflineEditingWFS (Alessandro, maybe the server doesn't work,
any idea?)
 * Grass7 Tests (Médéric, any idea from your side?)
