[Qgis-developer] Bug in Redmine issue reports form?

Hi devs

Trying to report issue at
http://hub.qgis.org/projects/quantum-gis/issues/new, in the Target version
option, releases that are proposed are not only QGIS's. I have options from
plugins like BLN Exporter, Transectizer, QMarxan...
This might be a bug, I suppose.
Given that I don't know to whom I should report this....
