[Qgis-developer] 2.16 Processing:warp gives "object of type 'NoneType' has no len()" on Trusty

I *believe* this is because warp only takes the argument -te_srs if
GDAL>=2.0. I've submitted a PR, but I'm way out of my comfort zone here:
