[Qgis-developer] WMTS support for browser

Hi,

According to http://hub.qgis.org/issues/9492, WMTS layers should be listed
in the browser panel, but I cannot get it to work, neither with the server
listed in the ticket

http://maps.warwickshire.gov.uk/gs/gwc/service/wmts?service=WMTS

nor with a local one

http://www.basemap.at/wmts/1.0.0/WMTSCapabilities.xml

No layers are displayed in the browser, even though adding them through the
Add WM(T)S Layer dialog works just fine.

Time to reopen the ticket?
