I've had a look at this, and it was actually a really old commit which
caused it (12 Oct last year)... Strange that no one's picked this up before
now!

The fix will be for someone to implement http://hub.qgis.org/issues/13326,
and then get permission to backport this feature as a fix to 2.14.
