[Qgis-developer] Create feature form dialog in PyQgis

Is the feature form dialog creation from users settings (choosen widget in
fields properties or drag and drop), exposed in pyqgis? If so, where should
I look for it?

I wanted to add a few more buttons and functionality in a plugin.
