[Qgis-developer] latest 2.14.2 release doesn't contain Processing updates

Maybe I miss something with the release process. I wonder why QGIS 2.14.2 (
b3e642c <https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/commit/b3e642c> in Osgeo4W) doesn't
contain Processing updates like this:
https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/commit/2e6fcf57d6, which was merged on 23rd of
March.
