[Qgis-developer] How would I get the GRASS r.in.lidar and v.in.lidar programs to show up in the Processing Toolbox?

I know that the programs are installed with the GRASS 7.0.3 of QGIS 2.14
but they don't show up in the Processing Toolbox.
