[Qgis-developer] remote debug plugin for qgis 3.0

I was wondering if an unsupported version of this plugin that works for 
Qt5.7, Python 3.5.2, Eclipse (Oxygen) 4.7.0 M2 - PyDev (5.3) - Ubuntu 
16.04 (Xenial) or is there a new alternative way to debug plugins?
