[Qgis-developer] Compile QGIS master on Ubuntu 14.04 / missing packages

libqca-qt5-2-dev and pyqt5.qsci-dev is not available for trusty (xenial and
yakkety have it) [1].

That's also why there are no master builds for anything before xenial [2]
