[Qgis-developer] broken link to CODING.md

The qtcreator setup page:

contains a broken link to:

https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/blob/master/CODING.md


Indeed there is no directory 'blob' in the project (anymore) and I 
cannot find any file called 'CODING.md' neither.

Does anyone know where it should point to?
