[Qgis-developer] Cleaning up plugin projects on hub.qgis.org

Hi all,
I keep on receiving some replies from plugin authors, and the situation
is now improved, but we still have >150 projects[0], unsure whether
we'll obtain a reply from al the remaining authors.
